Cindy Daniels is a Professional Development Specialist for Connection. Cindy has developed short-and long-term professional development plans through collaboration with schools and districts across the nation. Cindy has 23 years of experience in curriculum and instruction, school leadership and strategic planning in both large and small districts. She served as an elementary school teacher, assistant principal and principal in North Carolina. Her vision continues to be supporting districts and schools to improve student achievement, closing achievement gaps, and leveling the playing field for all learners. Cindy is a Microsoft Certified Educator; she is also MIE Certified (Microsoft Innovative Educator) and is a certified MIE Master Trainer. As a Microsoft Innovative Educator, Cindy strategically prepares schools/districts with Microsoft 365 products and solutions as they strive to keep up with the modern learners of today. She holds a BA in Elementary Education from Emmanuel College, Boston, MA with teaching certification for NH, MA and NC. She received her Master's degree in School Administration from UNC Chapel Hill and holds her Principal Licensure for NC.
