As the Director of eLearning, Joseph heads Teq’s Online PD team which boasts over 175+ courses on Online PD both live and archived. Joseph began at Teq over 6 years ago and has been instrumental in the growth of Teq’s online content and offerings. Prior to Teq, Joseph was a teacher and Coordinator of Vocation and Technology Education at the Center for Developmental Disabilities Children’s Day Program in Woodbury New York. He was able to integrate SMART technologies and other assistive devices to students with autism. During this time he saw a growth in student achievement for students that were previously considered unable to attain their educational goals. As Joseph grew his relationship with Teq being a customer at CDD it was a natural progression to then become part of the Teq team. At the core of his education philosophy is a blended approach to learning, this makes Teq Online PD and Teq Embedded PD a perfect marriage.
