Raed is a K12 Customer Success Manager at D2L. As a CSM, he works closely with K12 clients to maintain a strong partnership to ensure they are meeting their goals. Prior to joining D2L, Raed worked not only as an elementary teacher but also has experience with other Ed-Tech companies. As part of D2L’s NYC DOE account team, he works directly with the DOE and supports their successful use of the platform.
