After graduating from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Teacher Education and honours in history (2013), Sam worked as a History Teacher at Pembroke High school in Massachusetts (2013 - 2014). Sam worked with in-patients as a hospital educator for Education Inc. across 2014 and 2015, before becoming a Trainer and Presenter for CaseNEX -- a specialist in online professional learning and development courses for educators (2016 - 2018). Sam began working as a Customer Success Manager for education vendor Illuminate Education in 2018, before joining the Operoo team as its US Head of Customer Success in June 2019.
