Raphael started working with the NYC Department of Education in September 2018 as an IT School Computer Specialist. He worked for Apple Retail before coming to the DOE for 12 years. At Apple, he developed his passion for hardware/software repair. He is always fascinated with how technology works and enjoys repairing devices. He enjoys breaking down practical steps for end users to understand technology so they can confidently troubleshoot their issues independently. He enjoys creating detailed presentations on new IT processes implemented by the DOE for colleagues, SPOCS, and school-based technicians to outline a workflow that is understandable and comfortable for all end users.
