A former elementary school teacher, Windy brings 20 years of experience in family engagement, education and philanthropy.

She came to Learning Heroes from American Express, where she worked on the nonprofit leadership development philanthropic platform. Previously, Windy was with Scholastic for nearly a decade helping to develop family and community engagement initiatives. She has been a guest lecturer at NYU and at University of the South in collaboration with Yale Child Study Center. She is the proud mama of two young daughters.
