Elizabeth “Liz” Ofori has worked in the realm of education for over several years. She is currently the Data, Information and Assessment Systems Specialist at a charter school located in Queens, NY. Prior to this role, she was a data specialist and also the lead fifth grade teacher for a public school located in Brooklyn, NY.

Although her background is in Education, she also has her certification as an educational technology specialist. Her passion for teaching and educating young minds is just as great as her interest in technology and learning about new technological resources. 
As part of her background in education and technology, she also has a background in school administration. Liz has worked hard to support the idea of allowing students and teachers to learn about various technological tools as she understands the importance and benefits that it plays inside and outside of the classroom for all stakeholders. She has worked alongside various teachers, principals, educators, businesses as well as the former superintendent for district 23, to add a “technological touch” to their platforms.
