Mark House is the current principal of Bronx Engineering and Technology Academy. He began as a social studies teacher in 2001 in the Baltimore area of Maryland, moving to New York and joining the NYC Department of Education in 2004. Mark has been a principal since 2011. He holds degrees from the University of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Bank Street College of Education. In addition to being a principal Mark is the proud parent of an 8th grader attending an NYC Department of Education school in Harlem.
