Alexander Poher is the Director of Tech Pathways for the Office of Student Pathways. His fascination with technology began at an early age after he first played 'Karateka' on his dad's Apple IIe. He would eventually start his own microbusiness assembling and selling custom computers before his professional journey would find him working as a special education teacher. Over the past ten years, he has worked within NYCPS to build and expand technology-aligned education, remote learning platforms, learning management systems, and teacher and leadership development initiatives.
