Arlene Francis-Scarder is currently working as an Implementation Manager supporting the iLearnNYC and WeLearnNYC learning management systems. She began her career in NYCPS working on a National Science Foundation grant to promote the integration of instructional technology in science and math classrooms. Serving on behalf of NYC educators and generations of student innovators for over 25 years, her commitment remains steadfast; leveraging technology to broaden access and supporting meaningful integrations that produce measurable impact on teaching and learning. Arlene received a B.S. from Columbia University and a M.Ed. in Technology In Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
