Zach Dane, Ed.D., began his career as a Special Education Teacher in the Bronx (where he is still a SPOC), teaching various subjects and managing technology and special education support. In 2021, he joined the Division of Instructional & Information Technology (DIIT), where he has since been working to advocate for school voice while managing our enterprise (citywide) instructional technology tools. Zach holds School Building Leader and School District Leadership Licenses and a Doctorate of Education from Northeastern University. He's also a National Volunteer Leader with the American Cancer Society. He lives with his wife, dog, and baby on the way.
