Prior to joining the MagicSchool team, Hayley taught middle school English Language Arts in Boston Public Schools and worked as an instructional coach supporting educators in refining their practice. During her tenure as a teacher, Hayley explored methods to spark an authentic love of learning and transform student outcomes. Leveraging her experience working in schools, Hayley is passionate about supporting educators and administrators in solving their toughest challenges. She helps districts and schools utilize MagicSchool to implement innovative solutions that will enhance instructional efficacy and increase access to high quality instruction for all students.
