Dr. Hoa Tu is the Superintendent of Queens North High School District with 29 years of experience in instructional leadership. A career educator, she began as a STEM teacher for immigrants before founding several innovative schools, including the Business Technology Early College High School.  Dr. Tu has held key leadership roles across NYC, specializing in new school development and professional coaching. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and is a Fellow at The Broad Center at Yale. Committed to equity and professional growth, Dr. Tu focuses on expanding access for students and supporting leaders.
