Jennifer Eusanio B.A., M.A., M.Ed., Ed.D   Senior Director, Office of School Quality  "Be the change that you wish to see in the world."   — Mahatma Gandhi   Jennifer Eusanio serves as the Senior Director for the Office of School Quality within the Office of Policy and Evaluation in New York City Public Schools. In this role, she leads and supports a dynamic team of directors with citywide qualitative evaluations and supports the design and facilitation of both internal and field-facing professional learning experiences. Jennifer also plays a key role in coordinating and consulting on cross-functional projects that strengthen the use and impact of OPE’s tools and resources across the system.  With over 25 years of experience in NYCPS, Jennifer brings a deep and diverse background in education. Before joining OSQ, she served as the principal of Public School 1 in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Her career has spanned roles as a classroom teacher, literacy coach, Title III/Dual Language coordinator, and assistant principal. Today, she continues to shape future leaders as both an adjunct instructor and a leadership coach in a graduate program for educational leadership.
