Julie is a third-generation educator with teaching experience form PreK through the university level, in addition to leadership roles at the K-12 level and university level. She currently serves as the Vice President for Academic and Gov’t Affairs. Dr. Vogel advises educators in the US about academic trends and opportunities. Julie received her bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University, and her MEd in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies and PhD in Educational Psychology from Arizona State University.
