VP, Customer Experience
Alyssa Tuman has nearly a decade of unique background in education technology. Originally from New York State, now living in NYC, Alyssa graduated from McGill University in 2015 with a BA in International Development Studies. She joined GradeSlam in 2015 as Student Relations Manager and in 2016 founded the Customer Success department; now known as the Customer Experience department. She became Vice President of Customer Experience in 2021 and now works with over 3500 schools across North America.
