About:
Ms. Andrade transformed her school's Technology Program, building it from the ground up to expand access to computer science for all students. She also served as an instructional and student leadership leader, supporting initiatives such as My Brother's and Sister's Keeper (MBSK) and National Junior Honor Society (NJHS).

Major Milestones:

• Built a student-centered Computer Science program, expanding access to coding and game-based learning.
• Coached NYC teachers for Minecraft Education’s Battle of the Boroughs.
• Launched SAFE (Standing As Friends For Equality), a GSA that fosters belonging, allyship, and student voice for the LGBTQ+ community.
